Godly, kind, generous, wise, loyal, compassionate, intelligent, strategic, meticulous, are but a few words used to describe Natalie Demerson-Watkins.
From an early age, Natalie has had a desire to serve others whether in her church using her immense musical abilities, participating in her community, or helping professionals in their career.
She looks for opportunities to help empower, motivate, and grow others. Natalie married her high school sweetheart, Roddrick, in 2006.

From an early age, Natalie has had a desire to serve others whether in her church using her immense musical abilities, participating in her community, or helping professionals in their career.
She looks for opportunities to help empower, motivate, and grow others. Natalie married her high school sweetheart, Roddrick, in 2006.
The couple share one living son, Roddrick, Jr. Part of their journey involves multiple pregnancy losses and one daughter, Rozlyn Grace Watkins, who passed away 14 days after birth. Through these losses Natalie has learned many lessons that she uses to help others find hope on the other side of their trauma and loss.
Natalie has been gainfully employed with USAA since 2005 as a software engineer. Her technical expertise has honed her ability to find solutions to complex problems using a systems perspective. She leverages her professional skills in her church by serving as the Pastor of Social Media and Technology as well as an ordained Elder.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from West Texas A&M University. Natalie is a certified Life Coach, and she is currently working toward her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
By God’s grace and healing work in her life, Natalie created her grief support and resiliency coaching program, Voice of the Womb, where she guides women in navigating their healing journey after miscarriage or infant loss. Natalie enjoys cooking, singing, playing the drums, spending time with her family, and serving in her church in her free time.
